At Mace Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
